Lance Dumpster Rental started in 2017 to solve an ordinary but costly problem: a container arrives without enough room, sits where it blocks access, or gets picked up later than the property can accommodate. In Big Piney and nearby communities, a short conversation about the driveway, ground conditions and debris can prevent most of those headaches.
The crew checks where equipment can sit before delivery and pays attention to the details that matter after the container is loaded. Scheduled delivery windows, placement checks and documented pickup timing give each job a clear handoff. That matters on ranch properties, home projects and commercial work where access may be limited or the ground may soften during changing weather.
